Who is collecting data on our website?

What data is being collected?

We collect data via our website’s contact form, which appears on a number of pages and collects information such as your name, company, job title, email and telephone number which is emailed to us. This information is not stored on our website or its server. At the bottom of the our form we ask for consent to collect your data. Do not use the form if you do not want to give consent.

We also allow data to be collected by cookies and tracking technology. These include social media cookies and Google Analytics tracking. What these technologies do is collect information on how users interact with our website and enable us to improve.

Note about website security

All servers and data backups are kept secure from physical and electronic intrusion by use of firewalls and security systems, which are monitored and periodically evaluated and upgraded.

Hosting via Heart Internet is arranged through our digital marketing partner, Loop Central. Both Heart and Loop Central process data on our behalf, and comply with data protection regulations applicable to their services.
